Field Notes

Description:

This flower kind of looks like a geranium but I am not completely sure. It has 4 petals and has a fairly long stem. With most of the flowers being vibrant pink there is also an occasional faint pink almost white flower. they have small what looks like buds coming out of the center.

Habitat:

On the way down to the canyon. They were too pretty not to take a picture of. They were located in moist soil and are in close proximity to each other
