zapabio,those bands are typical of a juvenile immature hawk.
What about the band in its tail LandmarkExpert?
KimLomman - I added another photo, and now I think it could be a Red-shouldered Hawk, what do you think?
This one is difficult. So far I'm thinking either a Swainson's Hawk (Buteo swainsoni) or a juvenile dark morph Red-tailed Hawk (Buteo jamaicensis calurus).
