#1 looks also like a sawfly, but sawflies usually do not have wasp waists and to my knowledge also not so long antennae. Unfortunately I did not find any reasonable match.
Thank you, it could be a good staring point, is really strange: flexed wings but the body definitely looks like an Ichneumonidae!
At first sight I would say it might be an Ichneumonidae???
