Field Notes

Description:

They are gray above with light spots, and white underneath. The chest is lightly spotted, there is a white eye ring, and the bill is long and black.

Habitat:

Found in woodlands with water across North America and south into Southern America. This guy was at a water crossing in a swampy woodland area.
