I think yours is Dysphania palmyra not Dysphania percota, which is very similar, but have just uncolored etches of the forewings. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dysphania_percota
pattern is similar to Dysphania palmyra.. i'm not sure it's actually white or whitened by the bright background, however it's definitely Dysphania sp.
but Nuwan this moth didnt contain the blue colour it wa black and white can it be Dysphania palmyra
