Description:
Large butterflies commonly seen east of the Mississippi River. This specimen is male, as there is no blue and orange on his wings. Males typically yellow with black edges. Swallowtails are good pollinators. This specimen had slightly worn wings.
Habitat:
Central Georgia, edge of the Georgia Piedmont
