Description:

There is just one brood, flying in June and July, when the moths are on the wing from dusk into the night, my spotting however, was during the day and on the meadow. The wingspan is 36 - 41 mm.

Habitat:

A species occupies moors and heaths, as well as open woodland. The species can be found in Europe.
