Description:

Saw this one inside the house of my friend in Cape Town.
She is a good flyer, for short distance of 1-2 meters and also uses her wings as defensive stance when approached.
Released her back to the garden after taking the pictures.

Sorry, I am unable to tell if it is the species M. caffra. There are other species of Miomantis in Africa that I do not know about, so I am not certain. But I would guess M. caffra.
