Must be Amazona farinosa guatemalae, Blue-crownd Mealy Amazone. http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Amazona_farinosa_-Guatemala-3.jpg http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mealy_Amazon http://avibase.bsc-eoc.org/species.jsp?lang=DE&avibaseid=03BE0068&sec=summary&ssver=1 http://birds.audubon.org/birds/mealy-parrot http://www.xeno-canto.org/species/Amazona-farinosa http://www.xeno-canto.org/species/Amazona-farinosa?query=ssp:%22guatemalae%22 http://www.genusamazona.50megs.com/profiles/farinosa_profile.htm https://sites.google.com/site/amazonaparrots/amazona-farinosa-guatemale
Did see yellow on the tail of this Mealy. http://birds.audubon.org/birds/mealy-parrot
Looks closer to the Mealy but neither species has the yellow tail this one has. The Blue-fronted has yellow on the face and shoulder on the wing. This spotting lacks the yellow in both places.
