Field Notes

Description:

the males are Red especially the Duke types and all tones from pink to burnt tangerine and the females are a deep succulent Yellow for the Queen Red Crossbill look and the less mature are yellows 'n grays but beautiful grays to be sure.

Habitat:

They love Free Food ~ open all day munchies, clean bath/ drinking wah wah 5 ft off the ground twice a day ~ a running water fountain, pine trees. They do forage on the ground with the Juncos but ooooo sooo not gonna fly off at first sign of me like the Juncos are want to do.

Notes:

i've enjoyed getting to know them individually ~ don't know how much longer they'll be around or if i need to take out a loan to feed them.
