The seeds in this plant are highly toxic
OK, there is a couple of things going on here. There are 2 different vines intertwined. The pods with the red and black seeds is Rosary Pea (Abrus precatorius) and belong to the green vine with no visible leaves. All the leaves in the pictures belong to the brown "twiggy" vine and that is Southern Fox Grape (Vitis rotundifolia).
I only made a suggestion by looking from its seeds. I hope it is indeed Adenanthera pavonina
