Description:

The Balkan Pierrot or Little Tiger Blue (Tarucus balkanicus) is a small butterfly that belongs to the Lycaenids or Blues family. It is found in Mauritania, Niger (the Air region), Sudan (Khartoum), Uganda, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, North Africa, the Balkans, Western Asia, parts of Central Asia and in India. The habitat consists of very arid savanna.

So did it have small tails? I am not 100% confident about my suggestion but the markings on Zizula hylax appear quite different. Common names for butterflies can be quite confusing :-)
I don't think this is tiny grass blue. Please compare here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zizula_hylax

Sure, but it's hard to find a name! But this one is a bit different than what you have proposed is?
Hi Ali! I had to research this one... so please check. This is as close as I got but your area is a bit out of my comfort zone :-) The species is at least present in Iran.
