Description:

Left undisturbed, the plant can grow 2 meters high and its big and sharp spines make it indeed a very unwelcome guest.

Mimosa pudica

this was a species of Mimosa related to Sensitive plant. its stems were spinny and usually grows taller than Mimosa pudica.. try this one as comparison http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/17342611
The leaf was not sensitive, there was no reaction when we touched and the stem was different.. But thanks for the genus suggestion, you're right, that's Mimosa sp.
