Yes, whichever one it is, it's definitely a young one. I think I photographed one a while back at Bill Baggs State Park. I'll take a look to see if I came to any conclusions with that one.
I just googled both species and it looked more like the Black Spiny Tail, although the one I spotted was very small compared to the images that came up but maybe it was a young one?
That is a young either Mexican Spinytail Iguana (Ctenosaura pectinata) or a Black Spinytail Iguana (Ctenosaura similis) we have both invasive here in South Florida.
