Description:

Small shrubs and/or bushes most commonly noted for their vibrant and beautiful flowers (usually reds or purples).

Habitat:

They are tropical plants native to central and south america, and while they are grown as annuals in most places they can live year round in warmer climates.

Notes:

There are approx. 110 different species of fuchsia recognized today.
