Description:

These are juvenile green heron. It is easy to see that for they still have their down feathers. These feathers are lost as they get older. They can be found in the Everglades, Caribbean, and Central American.

Habitat:

I took this photo in Anhinga Trail, Everglades National Park, Florida.
