Field Notes

Description:

Oval to nearly round, paper thin from top to bottom, reddish brown in color as shown. Largest individuals about 5 millimeters in length, smallest only 1 mm.

Habitat:

Specimens obtained during patient intake at a local healthcare facility.

Notes:

Exact location shall remain undisclosed for obvious reasons; but Colorado is a hotbed of bed bug activity (no pun intended).
