Field Notes

Description:

Though called fireflies, they are actually not members of the family Diptera and belong to the order of beetles, Coleoptera. These have been EVERYWHERE the past few days! :-) I wonder if they are pollinators as they do seem to have pollen on them.

Notes:

This firefly might be a lifer for me, but I'm not sure.
