Description:

A Common Whitetail dragonfly spotted along "Beaver Pond Loop Trail." This individual is a young male, as indicated by the incomplete white pruinescence covering its abdomen. Related Resource: Pruinescence http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pruinescence
