The Braconidae wasp drilling wood with his long, sharp ovipositor and lays its eggs in larvae located inside the timber.

I think this is a Braconidae http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Braconidae These are very close to Ichneumonidae, and often difficult to tell apart.
