Description:

This dragonfly was found outside of the Portman Ritz-Carlton in Shanghai. We found it at around 8:00 pm and it wasn't moving much from this tree.

Habitat:

This was found hanging outside a hotel in Shanghai by a taxi stand.

Notes:

Any suggestions as to why it wasn't moving?
