This are Spiny Stick Insects from the Mossy Forest.
Found them separately on the same night, just around 1 meter apart from each other at altitude of 1,600 meters above sea level, where there are quite a bit of mossy forest.

Pic 1 is an Adult Male, around 2 inches in size
Pic 2 is either a sub-Adult or Female Nymph, less than 2 inches in size.
Generally, Females are much larger than Males at adult stage.

Notes:

This is most likely an Undescribed specie and possibly a new genus.

Thanks, @Stephen & @Leuba. @Chun, those flaps/appendages makes them easier to camouflage among the Moss.
I like how it has those beautiful flaps on it's limbs.
