Effectively yes. Project Noah's prime focus is wildlife living in its natural environment. All else needs to be separated out. PN is open to all users of all ages so pets were permitted for very young children learning to use the site in the early days. The Pets category was created to separate them from the rest. There are good reasons for having certain zoo and rescue centre animals included when the intention is to release them back to the wild if possible, but we are limited in the number of categories. As we are getting a new program shortly we are not making further changes to the old one and we are currently discussing how to separate out all the unwanted spottings from the rest, either with more categories in the new program or expanding Pets to all captive animals and plants.
