This is a wild plant which also happens to be the host plant of plain tiger butterfly's larvae.

Habitat:

Foothills of Shivalik.

Nice series! I have one of these plants growing in my desert garden and the plain tiger caterpillars have just about devoured it!

Poisonous liquid inside its stem, very common in desert areas for ex. Rajastan.
