Gray Tree Frog
Hyla versicolor
32.6859, -94.5277
Field Notes
Description:
Various shades of gray all over with blotches. The toe pads are enlarged to allow for an arboreal lifestyle. They are visually indistinguishable from the Cope's Gray Tree Frog, Hyla chrysoscelis. Since they are both in the area, it could be either species, there is no way of telling through pictures.
Habitat:
Found next to a small pond at nighttime.
