I know there is a lot of conflicting info out there, but according to the Center for North American Herpetology (http://www.cnah.org), Blanchard's cricket frog is now a species (Acris blanchardi) and not a subspecies. It's the only cricket frog in my state of OK, so I'm familiar with it.
Thank you Jeff and Aaron, as the suggested species is a sub, will go with primary until valid argument is made for the sub.
Based on location, I'd say this cricket frog has the same identity as your other cricket frog spotting: Acris crepitans. http://www.tn.gov/twra/tamp/frogid.shtml
