@iBirdLover I'm more inclined to say this is a wolf spider or a fishing spider as @KarenL pointed out. @KarenL I removed it from insects as requested. I tried to get a good in focus picture of it. It stayed stationary for a good 5 minutes and then darted away. It moves incredibly fast. Seemed like it was almost posing for the pictures. Unfortunately I couldn't get my iPhone to focus any better than that. Thanks for the info!

I would say this is a fishing spider (Dolomedes sp.) http://bugguide.net/node/view/1985/bgimage I can't be positive without a clearer photo of the eye pattern but the shape & color are consistent with Dolomedes Triton. Please can you remove this spotting from the insects of Florida mission as spiders are arachnids. Thanks!
Huntsman or wolf. Ugh! I'm on the west side and these things critters get seriously large
