Field Notes

Description:

Sea turtle that was very big 15-20'

Habitat:

Tropical waters

Notes:

There were waves, turbulence and current at that spot, so neither me or the turtle were very stabile. The waves would also rise sand and twigs/cones that fell of the trees by the coast. That meant the visibility was pretty bad too. You wouldn't know you we're close to the turtle until you are on top of it.

Despite all, this was my first encounter with a sea turtle and it was huge and the experience was amazing.
