Description:

Endemic lizard, petrophilous species that inhabits the rocks, cliffs and other stone surfaces. It is very narrow spread, was observed in the eastern Alps and the northern part of the Dinarides. Alpine species and is living in the areas to the upper edge of the forest vegetation (up to about 1600 m). It is strictly protected.
