Description:

Medium-sized, broad black and white stripes, black muzzle equus.

Habitat:

The Plain Zebra is originated from south-east Africa (south of Ethiopia to South Africa). It leaves in sparse tree savannas.
It may have spread all over Africa during neolithic age. The Zebra spotted in Senegal have been imported from South Africa.

Notes:

Also known as the common zebra or Burchell's zebra
