Blue Jelly fish...spotted where a river meets the sea in turtle Bay mangrove area.

Notes:

Need some help to identify what type of jelly fish this is.

Wow all this time and no one can ID this blue jelly fish..It was quite large..over a foot and a half long, the top of it was at least a foot wide.
