Yes, Jean is right. Looks like B. hookeri but the range doesn't match.
I think it's a ground cone - possibly Boschniakia -
This is a great spotting. I think it's one of the coralroot orchids http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corallorhiza if not, it's some type of parasitic bloom.
