Field Notes

Description:

Big grey and black beetle. Antenna were banded in those colors.

Habitat:

I found two of them in a stack of firewood with bark the same color. The resident said it was Maple wood. There were Eucalyptus and Fir and Oak trees around too.

Notes:

Beautiful creature!
