Field Notes

Description:

Long, narrow body. Wasp shaped. Long antennas. Winged.

Habitat:

Seen on a fern at the edge of the lawn. The lawn backs up to a wooded area.

Notes:

I'm guessing this is probably a wasp. There was only the one; it moved away very quickly and I was able to get only the one picture.
