Field Notes

Description:

White stripe on head from cheek to cheek, black cap and breast, cream underbelly and tan overall. Very small bird.

Habitat:

Parking lot of the mother in-laws work.

Notes:

A pair of these Carolina Chickadees are nesting in the hole of a limb of the tree at the corner of the parking lot. There's 7 cream colored eggs with brown speckles in there about a half inch in size. They're so cute!
