Hi hmtrevi! As indicated by LivanEscudero these are squirrel monkeys. I have relocated them to the Pet category. Squirrel monkeys seen as pets have often been captured from the wild, and this could pose a threat to all squirrel monkey species. Our primary focus on Project Noah is wildlife, and although we do accept pet photographs, we do not encourage them. We also welcome captive animals from proper zoos, animal parks or rehabilitation facilities, but we exclude animals used purely for the purpose of entertainment. Like Livan I think the way these animals are restrained is less than optimal. You'll find most of the info I mentioned here discussed in details under our FAQ page. As you can see in the article there are a few species and groups of squirrel monkeys throughout Central and South America. Not sure what these are specifically. Hate to see them tied up like this though :(
