Description:

All black bird with an orange bill

Habitat:

Semi rural backyard

Notes:

This all black member of the thrush family was introduced by the Zooilogical Acclimatization Society of Victoria in Melbourne in 1862 and subsequently to Hobart Zoo. On the mainland it has spread slowly northwards and is still doing so.
