Description:

A semi-woody herbaceous perennial vine, which scrambles over other plants. Flowers are purple. The fruit is a red berry, and edible for birds, which disperse the seeds widely.

Habitat:

Woods,yard,shrubs,scrub land,marshes, growing along fences.

Notes:

Very invasive, toxic to people if ingested. In the Potato family.
