Description:
A medium sized Gull that is found inland not on the coast, despite its name its head is actually a deep brown. Breeds and winters in the UK and is usually found in large flocks.
Habitat:
seen on the Marshes at Potteric Carr, owned by the Yorkshire wildlife trust.
