Habitat:

Found flying among the grass.

This is not a house mosquito. Remember it is metrics for measurements. Correct it for credit.
What a cool find! This is actually a species of Crane Fly. Adult Crane Flies usually live long enough to find a mate and reproduce. Many to most species don't even eat as adults. Though they look a bit like large mosquitoes, they are not and you have no worries of them biting or stinging. It's nice you have a good photo of the wings since this species has a unique wing pattern that makes it easier to identify.
