The larvae of the oriental beetle seems to have longer legs, and they aren't orange like this one on the picture. Japanese beetle larvae are smaller. This was closer to 1.5-2 inches in full length. So it to my best guess, it is a green june beetle larva. Thank you. :)
Could be larvae of Japanese beetle, june beetle, or oriental beetle, those are most commonly found. But there are a bunch of other possibilities.
