Thank you so very much Jared_C . I checked further about this plant and I found out very interesting fact about this plant. Early meadow rue is Thalictrum dioicum, which means a thalictrum of 2 sexes. I posted another plant just before this one, but I found out that they were both Early meadow rue. This plant is male and the next one is female. How interesting is that!!
Very unique flower! I've never seen anything like this before. Nice spotting!
