It belongs to Liliaceae family. Over 1.5 m tall plant.

Habitat:

Grows in the southwest, south, central and south east of Europe and reaching Asia Minor.

Notes:

Young sprouts can prepared and eaten as vegetables like asparagus. Other names: Prussian Asparagus
