Description:

Beautiful Blue Flower.
It is a very hairy flower.It is about 5 mm in size.

Habitat:

Spotted in an Himalayan range of about 7500 ft altitude.

Notes:

Wandering Dew-Grass is reportedly found in the Himalayas, from Pakistan to SW China and Burma, at altitudes of 800-2700 m. Flowering: July-September.
There are many varieties of Cyanotis it appears.

It is reportedly used for medicinal purpose for body building
