Hi Jatishwor. I think the name was used by http://www.ifoundbutterflies.org/441-lethe/lethe-rohria to differentiate between the 2 ssp of Common Treebrowns in India: (1) Lethe rohria rohria Fabricius, 1787 – Himalayan Common Treebrown (2) Lethe rohria neelgheriensis Guérin, 1843 – Dakhan Common Treebrown Regards.
