Description:

Intermediate morph<br>
Dark head, back and wings. The breast and underwings have brown patterning and being lighter on lesser converts. Yellow legs and yellow beak with dark tip. Banded tail.

Notes:

Thought I was getting better at IDing hawks. But this one got me. Yellow and black beak. Dark back. Barred tail

Thanks Rosa. Needed that confirmation.
I'm pretty sure it is a Swainson's Hawk. The bands on the tail are too distinct to be an eagle. As for morph those can vary.
