I think MarinusDominus is right, Zamioculcas, "Zanzibar Gem". It is an ornamental plant, thick shiny leaves, I have seen it inside building Lobbies and offices in California, no sun, very little water and looking so beautiful you have to touch them to make sure they are not plastic!!
