Description:

Rough fibrous and often bleached bark persists up the multiple trunks of this mallee for two metres

Habitat:

It occurs throughout the eastern goldfields on the many soils

Notes:

Yorrel produces excellent burls (woody growths). Timber is used as craft wood and in wood- turning.
