Description:

Masculine flower of the Holm oak, also known as evergreen oak. They consist of catkins of yellow flowers. The female flowers are much smaller and difficult to see. The fruit is an acorn, which matures in about six months

Habitat:

Spotted at a Holm oak and pine tree forest. Dehesa de Valdelatas
