Long legged garden spider that makes wide webs to catch flying insects. Belly is a beautiful emerald green.

Habitat:

Garden,shrubs.

Notes:

Hunts at dusk/night.

I could have sworn I posted an ID suggestion for this a long time ago. Oh well, here you are! Bugguide has a great section on identification of this one and a similar species, and your two pictures here are just phenomenal.
I added a photo of the underside too.
